"Cyndi is awesome with children and a very responsible young adult, rare for people her age. She loves helping little ones with projects as well as their school work and is also capable of keeping them entertained for long periods. She is my daughter and lived full time with my current wife and I during the pandemic in 2020. While all that was happening, she was awesome at helping with her younger sister by watching her while we were working. She helped her with her school work and completed her own on time. She cleaned without being ask quite often, and was just all around a great help with the second child in our home. She has also spent large amounts of time watching her other siblings at her mother’s home without incident and babysat for numerous families in her neighborhood. Since the time she lived with us, Cyndi has matured into a very mature and level-headed adult. I believe she will be and awesome nanny for anyone that hires her. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have spent a large amount of my childhood babysitting and caring for children round my neighborhood. I worked as a volleyball coach for a few years with ages 5-12. I have always prepared meals for my family. I worked as a veterinary assistant . These jobs have given me experience in many jobs. Housekeeping duties, first aid, meal prep, helping little ones who are having bad days, positive even on the bad days, dealing with harsh tones in respectful manners, helping with homework, etc. I love caring for children and teaching them. Working as a volleyball coach I have learned fun and educational activities, I graduated 2023 a year early and love helping with any homework necessary !

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Indoor: Painting, reading, baking, puzzles, board games, card games, hide and seek, any family friendly game is fun

Outdoor: We could play at the park, ride bikes, play a few sports, swimming as long as weather abides, any recreational activities.

Helping make sure children are well taken care of and giving parents the extra help they need. Making sure everyone is happy and comfortable!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I babysat for my neighbors in 2020. They had a 3 year old daughter and she loved being outdoors but her parents were far too busy to plan these activities with her . I love nature and such so I of course communicated with the parents about wanting to go on a hiking trip. They happily obliged and we went hiking later that week. I of course accommodated needs for a 3 year old on a hiking g trip but seeing her eyes light up being on a trip even so short out in nature and her exploring so many new things sparked such joy in my heart. She is doing amazing now she is almost six and we still go on an annual hiking trip although they moved away and I don't babysit anymore. Knowing I touched a child's heart enough that they look forward to that annual trip brings me such joy that I could spark something in a young child.
