I was a daily nanny to an 11 month old little girl. I was her nanny until she turned 3 when her family put her into daycare.
I also worked a summer at a daycare working with children ranging in ages of 1-10.

I love doing arts and crafts, playing with toys, mind stimulating activities, parks and walking trails to get fresh air. I love teaching and reading.

My experience with special needs children...
I worked a summer at a daycare and one little girl had a form of autism known as Aspergers. She was 5 and didnt talk. But whenever she would see me come in she would get a sparkle in her eye and a huge smile on her face. She was so sweet and so very smart.
The most important part about being a nanny...
When i was a nanny we would go on many trips to the local zoo and have picnics outside. One time we were sitting at the table and a goose came up to the table and that was her first time seeing one up close so she got excited to feed it some of her bread. Hearing her contagious laugh fill the air when the geese would catch the bread while in the air will forever have a space in my mind of her.
