Looking through my job experiences, there is almost always children involved. I have worked closely in child care centre's as an educator with varying ages between 2 weeks old to 7 years old. Programming activities and teaching basic skills. I strongly believe in respect, honesty and kindness, and being active, exercise outdoors. I encourage exploration and avoid television/iPad time as much as possible. I live a healthy lifestyle and would incorporate that to the children as well by being a positive role model. Building a trusting, nurturing relationship with the children is very important and I'm excited to see whose out there. I currently live in Canada and am hoping to find a live in position.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Indoor would be more creative and imaginative play. Prefer being outside and would be adventurous and explore the outdoors. Go to the beach, go into the forest, explore outside.

Encouraging children to be independent and having respect, manners, and being/showing kind(ness). It is important for me to encourage the children to want to be active and spend time outdoors. Having a consistent routine is also very important and having healthy habits.

Jumping on the trampoline together in the fallen leaves while laughing our heads off. Anytime laughter has taken over, it's a win. Although I prefer being outside, occasionally having a relaxing evening with a movie and popcorn is nice, too. But would rather camp out under the stars and learn about everything.
