One of my favorite moments as a nanny was watching an infant I cared for reach an exciting milestone—taking their very first steps. I had been encouraging and supporting them through tummy time and early movement, so being there to witness that big achievement was incredibly rewarding. It reminded me how meaningful it is to play a role in a child’s growth and development, and it’s one of the many reasons I love being a nanny.
