I was a catechist at my neighborhood church, Parroquia San Juan Diego. I worked there for a year. I used to go to that church for 4 hours every Saturday, from 2 to 6 in the afternoon. I was in charge of 10 children, and we did different activities such as painting, drawing, coloring, praying, and playing games related to the church. We also played with balls, went to mass, and read the Bible, among other activities. I learned a lot from that period because all those children had incredible imaginations, were genuine, and always surprised me with their magnificent way of being

My favorite part of being a nanny is when children show their love in the simplest, sweetest ways—like a warm hug, a bright smile, or a little handmade card full of scribbles. Those moments truly mean everything to me.
