I have over 30 years experience working with children ranging from 3 months to high school age. The most important part about being a nanny...

During covid I worked with a family who had a set of 2 yr old twins. One of the twins was non verbal and showed signs of Autism. Mom and I spoke about it and we put a plan together to assist him in learning to speak as well as overcoming daily life obstacles due to sensory issues. When I left that family I'm very happy to say that he was very vocal and was able to communicate pretty well. He was able to tolerate clothing and listen to directions. He had a lot of progress and that is what I love seeing. I love seeing the growth in the kids that I work with.
