I think the most important thing in a child's life is to have access to a good role model. Leading by example can help children learn respect, compassion, thoughtfulness, kindness and overall good manners. It is important they have someone in their life they can trust (other than their parents) to confide in or ask for help. Every child deserves to be loved and through that, positive relationships and strong bonds can be formed.
