My experience with special needs children...
My love for special needs started earlier in life as I worked side by side with special needs teacher, assisting with motor / fine motor skills interaction with one on one. I worked 2 years in the public school system with helping special needs children interact into a public setting. I have worked with many companies who specialize in one on one in families home with clients who have cerebral palsy, autism spectrum and various disabilities.

Meeting a potential family with a blind and autistic child , connecting with that child immediately and upon leaving they asked their child if she would like to have me be her nanny, in which she began to cry and didn't want me to leave, that the parents stated looks like we have a new nanny.
