Hi! My name is Desirae. I am currently 21 years old. I am very sweet! Punctual and I work very well and handle children with love and care. I have 2 nieces and 1 nephew. Which I would babysit and always help them. I treat them like my babies. Right now I’m currently looking for a part-time job and thought this would be perfect for me right now. I’m trying to save up for an apartment. Right now I’ve been baby sitting my boyfriend’s friends daughters. One is 3 years old and the other is 1. Both beautiful and sweet. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I played basketball back in high school. I used to go to the YMCA and volunteered as a coach for the youth. It was for a couple hours, I would train them by doing drills and having learning the game. I love kids, and kids really love me!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I don’t have a car at the moment. I use to and I would not really take kids out except for family. If there is a park near by that I can walk with the kids I would. I have done that before. I like to sing with the kids, have them draw or color. I have a tablet they could watch YouTube Kids. I like to listen to music and kids do too. I always keep myself busy with them. There’s never a dull moment. I would find anything kid friendly and appropriate.

The most important part about being a nanny...

What matters to me about being a nanny is having the kids feel comfortable with you. Have them feel like they could trust you and want you to come around. Kids love to be loved and most importantly showing and giving them all the attention. Also making the parents feel comfortable having you around.

My experience with special needs children...

My step-mother has a nephew who is autistic and he is that bad to deal with. His name is Shawn. Shawn is about 13 and he loves whenever I come over. He likes my energy and how I always talk and keep him entertained.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Every moment is a memorable moment when your dealing with kids. I always leave a great impression on them. I treat them as if they were my own or family. Kids make me smile all the time.
