I feel as if the most important part of being a nanny is just being able to be a positive impact on the children I care for and being a huge help to the parents that I work for. Just being able to help those in need makes my day and being a great outgoing person is very enjoyable because I am able to bond with everyone I come across.

My experience with special needs children...

I have cared and lived with my adopted sibling whom is on the spectrum. She has been living with us for over 7 years now… so he experienced and managed to do deal with everything that comes with younger and older children who are on the spectrum as well.
