I’m 17years old, I turn 18 in a month! I’m apart of the W.I.L.D (Wildlife inclusion leadership development)program at Jacksonville Zoo and Botanical Gardens. The W.I.L.D is a teenager program 9th-12th. It includes supporting conservation projects worldwide, educating visitors about wildlife, and participating in field research. The goal is to protect animals and their habitats. We also help out with other programs that’s also apart of the Zoo, like the seasonal camps for children as an assistant , and I’ve gotten many compliments on handling the children properly.
