My name is Doerte and I am a fun, honest and reliable person. I have extensive experience working with Infants/children, ages 5 days to 13 years. I am from German descent. I have worked with 5 families over the past 11 years. With the first full-time family, I took care of three children ages 11 months, 3 years and 5 years. With the second family, I worked with for five years. This family has two boys ages 7 years and 5 years. During the day when the two older boys were at school, I was taking care of 3 other boys. Ages 4 months, 2 years and 3 years. The third family, I worked with for three years. This family has a 7 years old girl and a 4 years old boy. I am managing children's day-to-day activities, bathing, dressing and nourishing, setting up formulas and changing diapers, meal preparations, scheduling nap times, cleaning up after meals and playtime and most importantly nurturing and encouraging healthy emotional and physical development.
