The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part is making sure you have your eye on the kids at all times and keeping them save. Making sure they have clean diapers , eat and are happy. Do park visits and go to the pool if you have one. And also making sure the parents are happy with me. Willing to learn if needed

My experience with special needs children...

I worked with a boy who had Down syndrome for a while and watched the two brothers also.
