While the focus of my childcare career has been with children 5 years old and under, I have also cared for school age children and performed duties such as as school/after school pick up and homework assistance.

With a background in music I especially like incorporating musical elements when possible. Reading with children and spending time outdoors are also staples of my care.

Patients .. and also I believe in addressing children as the intelligent little beings that they are, while keeping developmental stages in mind of course. While my experience includes caring for children ages 3mons-13yrs the majority of my experience has been with children 3mons-3yrs old. The developmental stages from sitting up to walking are especially fun to be a part of. I have had the privilege of witnessing many children’s first steps and it’s always an honor. I also love when both the child/children and I make each other laugh, those are great and special moments.
