My Name Is Elaina, I Found This Job Opportunity & I Thought I Would Apply, I Have Babysat Friends & Families Kids When They Need Me , I really do love Kids , I’m 17 years old and I’m very mature , I hope that someone takes me seriously because I could be a very big help ! I’m available now more because I am home most of the day . I’m looking for a job that can help me pay off my car expenses so I’m not here to waste anyone’s time. I think this nanny job would be a perfect fit for me. I have mastered the ability to have patients with children & also to care for them like they are my own. Being a teen and trying for this job is quite challenging because of my age but I accept the challenge because something you want is never an easy task. I have nothing but confidence that I will be a great nanny for a family who needs a little bit of help on their side. My experience with special needs children...

I haven’t really had any experience with special needs children. But my brother has autism and I’ve been around him all my life so I know what it’s like to have to take care of someone with special needs. They are not to be treated any different than someone with out them. My mom always told me that. They just need a little more attention and that’s perfectly fine .
