Any and all depending on the age and weather.
Indoors: reading, rocking, singing, dancing, rhyming, peekaboo, talking trucks, dress up, kitchen, fixing, art, crafts, games, puzzles, science, hide and seek, storytelling and cooking.
Outdoors: walks, nature hunts, I spy, puddles, sandbox, swings and slides, riding toys, chalk paintings, bird watching, playing ball and picnics.
Over the past 3 years I have built a network of other Grandma's caring for their grandkids. We have hit most of the parks, playgrounds and kids activities that go on in both Fredericksburg and Stafford with weekly playdates.

My experience with special needs children...

My background infant care included a preemie who had special dietary and scheduling needs.
While not specifically trained for I have always done well with autistic children. It seems that I have a calm and caring nonthreatening nature that children pick up on.
