A little bit about me

My name is Ellana. I have been in childcare for six years as a babysitter, preschool teacher and a direct support professional caring for children with special needs. I have experience with newborns through teenagers, though most of my experience is with newborns through age 4. I love doing arts and crafts and taking the children in my care to do fun things, like the park and zoo when the weather is nice. I have some early childhood education coursework from before I changed my major. I am currently a student at chemeketa community college which is why my hours are mostly afternoon and night hours. The hours may change with the new term in January but I would give my employer as much notice as I can. I have my own car, am drug free and willing to help with cooking and light housework. I am also willing to help children with homework and school if they have it.
