A little bit about me

Hi there! My name is Ellie, and I've done nannying and babysitting since I was about 14 years old. I have a lot of experience working with youth that range from about one year old through high school, via formal (young toddler teaching assistant at Reggio/constructivist school, outdoor summer camp counselor, etc.) and informal (nanny, after-school reading program volunteer, teaching a high school Freshman seminar as a Senior, etc.) positions. My experience is most concentrated in caring for toddlers and elementary school aged children though. I love nurturing children's character and curiosities, and being a supportive guide for them throughout their social and emotional development. I aspire to give children a safe, fun, and enriching experience when I'm with them.
