A little bit about me

Hi, my name is Ellie Low and I currently just finished my freshman year at Carroll College in Helena, Montana. I am currently looking for a summer nannying job before I head back off to college in August. I have been babysitting since 2012, from ages 3 weeks old- 12 years old. I usually babysit a few times a week, although I have only had 4 consecutive “nanny” jobs here in Portland Oregon but also in Helena. In Helena, I worked the night shift for a family who had a 3 week old baby, and I also nannied another families 7 months old part time while attending school. I am fully capable of working to nanny an child of any age. I used to work at the YMCA daycare as a teachers assistant in 2017. I currently am not working any job, but I do volunteer and train service dogs. I have been working with dogs for 3 years now. The dogs live with me , go to school with me, and I am responsible for their care and success in training. I would love to help out any family as their nanny for the summer!!(

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

-I was a teachers assistant at the YMCA daycare, I worked Monday through Fridays every day for a few months
-I babysit almost every family in my neighborhood along with families all across the Portland metro area
-I volunteer at foster care events

-I love to make crafts whether that be small or huge intricate crafts such as caterpillar clips to water color paintings
-I love to play pretend with children to see how their imagination can completely take over and create something so beautiful

the most important thing to me about being a nanny is the connection I make with each child. I love watching the child grow up and experience new things each day. I have always loved being involved with children and putting my work experience into something so important to me.

When I nannied this family in the summer time, I would stay the night with the children and every morning around 3am the little three year old would come out of bed and come cuddle with me because she didn’t want to sleep alone
