I enjoy doing a variety of activities that keep kids engaged and happy. Some of my favorites include arts and crafts, playing games (both indoors and outdoors), reading books together, and making up fun, imaginative stories. I also like helping with simple educational activities like puzzles or learning games, and I’m always up for a dance party or building something with blocks or Legos!

Creating a safe, nurturing, and trusting environment for the child. It’s not just about watching them, it’s about building a relationship where they feel comfortable, cared for, and supported. Consistency, patience, and good communication with both the child and their family are key. A great nanny helps children grow, have fun, and feel loved while also respecting the values and routines of the family.

I have some experience working with children who have special needs, and I always approach each child with patience, empathy, and a willingness to learn what works best for them. The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments was when I helped a little girl I was watching learn how to tie her shoes for the first time. We had been practicing for a few days, and when she finally got it, she was so proud and excited, she ran to show her parents right away. It was such a small thing, but seeing her confidence grow and knowing I helped made me feel really proud too. Moments like that remind me why I love working with kids.
