My senior year of high I volunteered in a kindergarten classroom. As well as always watching kids my whole life. I have taken care of multiple kids at once within different ages ranging from 1 years old to 12 years old. Last summer I watched a 3 and 6 year old boys. then in the fall i drove one to school for drop off and pick up.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I like to play indoors and outdoors, I can kick a soccer ball, play catch, or play princess and play with barbies. I also love to read to and learn with children. I try and get them to read to me. I always try to integrate some type of learning when I can. but also know children learn best when it does not feel like a lesson

In Southern California I watched over 3 girls, ages 4, 8, and 10. I took them to the bay beach near the house as I was very familiar with the area, and I am a strong swimmer because i grew up at the beach swimming in the ocean, paddle boarding and surfing. We made sandcastles, collected shells and swam around in the shallow.
