the most important part is being able to be good at connecting and being teachable with kids, these days connecting with kids is a huge thing most take and see us as true adults who do certain things so in that they want to be “teached” by us i think it is important for us to be able to connect with them on deeper levels and become a good friend something close to kids of any age making them feel comfortable
My experience with special needs children...
i have never personally worked with special needs kids but all kids need love an i love all kids so i am open to learning to adapt to that child

when i used to help volunteer when i was younger just herring to get to individually getting to know the kids and getting to know and understand they’re life’s and how it goes for them at school or within they’re family i love connecting with kids i also loved the field trips seeing the kids get so excited to go and try something new
