The most important part about being a nanny...
What matters is to make sure that the child is always having fun and feeling safe. I like to develop a relationship with the kids so it’s less of a “job”. My babysitters when I was younger became closer like family friends. I really hope to have that bond with a child in their family so that I am trusted. Interest is what is needed when you were watching another persons child.

I have to say my favorite moment was when I was watching a little girl and she came over for a sleepover with a big smile on her face and said to me Miss Emma I’m so excited for our big girl sleepover! It was so adorable that night we watched Moana probably 25 times painted our nails and made cookies.
