Hi families! My name is Erica, and I have over 10 years of childcare experience. I’ve worked as a lead teacher, full-time nanny, and long-term babysitter, giving me a strong understanding of children’s needs at different ages!

I studied Early Childhood Education at Montgomery County Community College and am trained in CPR, First Aid, water safety, and newborn care through the Red Cross. I provide full support with daily care including feeding, bathing, dressing, and maintaining routines!

I’m a high-energy nanny who looves sports, outdoor adventures, crafting! But most importantly getting kids off screens and into fun, hands-on activities. I tailor activities to each child’s age and developmental stage.
