The most important part about being a nanny...
Is to actually enjoy being with the kids, and making effort to build a bond outside of your paid hours so they actually can be excited to see you. I feel thats really important. And another thing is, is understanding sometimes kids dont know how to explain their emotions so patience is key♡
My experience with special needs children...
I love doing arts and crafts, and baking to. I love to learn and take their interests to heart and i do like a sticker chart system. Some of what i am asking for in salary will eventually come back to your kids in rewards for being well behaved♡
The most important part about being a nanny...
I love watching my little sister shes in 1st grade right now, and i myself love collect carebears but keep them in packaging. And without fail she always ask with her play money " i would like to buy one for 5$" and when i explain to her they arnt for sale she tilts her head and puts her hand on her hips and never fails to say "well u keep them in boxes, i just think u wanna sell them to me"😂
