"Fernanda has been great because she's been consistent, ready to go whenever we have needed her, gets along well with the kids, and is constantly engaging and patient. I get regular communication on how the kids are doing when she is around, which I appreciate. Part of it is her own parenting experience as well. We've discussed her times in getting kids ready for school, helping care for their needs as well, and she gives great insights on that. She has been with us for some time and I definitely recommend her for any position she desires in babysitting."
