A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Fernanda Ramirez and I am a student at Cincinnati State! I am in school for Diagnostic Sonography and this would be my second year!

I have had about 6 years of babysitting my sisters and cousins and some friends siblings. The range of age I’ve worked with are newborns to middle schoolers! I’m more experienced with ages 3-12 ! I have also been in a lot of settings where I have to pay attention to kids and what they were doing.

Some things I like to do on my free time is read, draw, exercise, and watch TV shows!
I love teaching as well, and I absolutely love teaching kids ages 3-6! It’s always so fun for me to come up with activities to do with kids! And lastly, art has always been something I love since I was little. In high school I was taken to Europe for art. And I got to see so much art around the country!

My goal as a nanny is to bring a comforting, fun, safe, and trustworthy environment! And to keep everyone safe but to also have fun while doing it!

I love teaching children anything! And I make up activities that tie teaching and having fun together!
I like to draw with children, have some dancing going on, and then go for a walk!
And for older children, I like to connect with them with what they like. Get used to their liking and go from there.

The most important part for me of being a nanny is making a connection with the kids and always making sure they’re comfortable and okay. This isn’t just a job, it’s always connecting with the kids and getting to really know them and of course make the time I have with them enjoyable!
