My absolute Favorite part of being a nanny Is the ability to be apart of that child's development There is nothing more rewarding than watching a child grow and progress while in my care. The fact that I am with the child for a significant amount of the day makes me realize I largely influence them and can impact their lives

There is nothing that can compare to the look on a curious child's face when something intrigues them. The focus and concentration when a little one realizes they have feet or that they can roll or reach for things they want is inspiring. Seriously. Hand a munchkin a cardboard box and you have an hour of play. My boys and I go out on the porch and just listen to birds sing. They're sponges and are literally learning every moment. And i get to facilitate. How dope is that?!
