I received my degree in Education from Penn State in 2018 and moved to McLean, Virginia where I taught 3rd and 5th grade and I was on my school's Leadership Team, the Student Wellness Lead, and Science Olympiad coach.
While teaching, I tutored 8-13 year olds in Math, Language Arts, and History. I have also briefly been a preschool teacher, a high school lacrosse coach, and a mentor. This past year I was working in Early Intervention 0-3 and I am comfortable with young babies.
I am now attending U Penn for Social Work with a focus on Child Well-being and Welfare. I plan to be a chid counselor in the future. I am busy during the workdays with school; therefore, I can work Thursday/Friday evenings and Saturday/Sunday anytime. I love working with children and my approach is educational, patient, and fair :)
