The most important part about being a nanny...
I’ve never been a nanny, but I’ve worked full-time in a preschool and have many favorite moments. Some of my favorites were in the toddler room. Toddlers are so smart, and at the end of a busy day, one little boy would always want nothing but cuddles until his parents came. Another favorite was a little girl who greeted me every morning with the biggest smile, waiting for me to put down my bag so I could give her a hug. In the pre-K classroom, I loved sitting with a student, coloring, talking, and encouraging him as he tried drawing new things. These moments taught me how meaningful connection and encouragement can be, and they’re why I love working with children so much.
