More About Me
The most important part about being a nanny...
I get to relish the opportunity to participate in the child’s development and growth through my supervision and care. It is kind of awesome, actually, because the child and I get to know each other on a different level than “the babysitter and child”. A sense of trust is developed between Nanny and Child. Growth in any form is good growth and it is a pleasure to be apart of that in child’s life.

Artist, a creative, a nurturer, empathic,
and open minded. I would also call myself a master at emotional regulation.
I have worked a wide range of jobs including sales, customer service, and house keeping. My favorite job yet has been a mother. I have taken child safety courses through OHSU and as many others I found online. I am a natural teacher and passionate student motivated to further my education. I have nannied multiple children in a more traditional way of taking care of daily tasks from their home and traveling to school and activities.
I currently have open availability and a flexible schedule being a stay at home parent of a newly 1 year old.

Part-Time Nanny Available in Salem, OR: Erica S.
Hi! I started in the caregiving field since around 2008. But always had work with family members with disabilities that actually started my career path. Im passionate about working and serving people with disabilities young and older adults. I worked at 3 different companies each over 3 or more years and have at each company been promoted to lead and management positions. At each job I’m always been cross trained at each location and willing to learn new techniques or responsibilities when given a chance. I’m out going and loving I love to get my clients out in the community to become active whichever way they can. I evidently would like to build my own business that helps other caregivers and essential workers with child care, after school activities & transportation for children of single & working parents. I am certified with CPR, First Aid & OIS training & food handlers card as well.
