More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have over seven years of infant and toddler care, as well as older children ages 4-7. From 2014 to the present, three children currently 3, 8, and 9 have been in my care ranging from a few hours a week to full-time. I have also tutored for the last two years children of all ages in an online and in-person setting. During my tutoring lessons, I worked through an international company to teach both American and international children basic reading, writing, and speaking skills. This included but was not limited to guiding children through a book or passage at their level and giving them the skills to write and discuss what they were able to comprehend in the text to improve their English skills. I also taught through games and crafts to motivate students to learn in a fun and active way.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

As I have nannied for kids of all ages, what I enjoy doing with the kiddos changes based on their age range. No matter their age though, I am a big believer in fun productive activities that keep them active and engaged. Whether that's making sure they get enough outside time and fresh air or playing games to help them develop and grow all while having fun. If they are a bit older, we can spend our time together visiting local parks, and museums, or going shopping.
