The most important part about being a nanny...

Understanding the parents and kids needs and what steps it will take to reach those needs. Also being patient with children, sometimes it can get difficult but you just have to understand that a lot of the times they just don’t know how to express truly how they are feeling so you need to be patient and willing to do whatever it takes to make them feel ok and comfortable again if they are upset.
