"Guinevere has been wonderful to work with. She’s reliable (always shows up early and ready to go) and warm (she’s been so sweet with Squish - reading her books that she brings from home and singing songs with her) and unflappable in the face of our (often) screaming kiddo who dislikes being put down and will only nap when bounced in a stroller. She goes above and beyond - helping out with dishes left in the sink or laundry that needs folding - and she’s been a real gift to me as a new mom trying to balance working from home and breastfeeding and missing my kid even from one floor away. It has been an incredible privilege to get to know Guinevere these past few months and I’m incredibly grateful to her for all she’s done for my family. It’s been super comforting knowing Squish is in her hands when she can’t be in mine. (She’s even great with our rambunctious pets who love snuggles and hate boundaries.)"
