"Haley was great to have around and She managed our crew great. Knowledgable about safety and children. Level-headed in emergencies. Communicative with my wife and I. Loving to our daughters. It’s been a few years but she still sends the girls cards on their birthdays and takes calls. A continued blessing to us"

"Being a mom of a preemie I was extra concerned about who we hired to help us out. I was happy to find that Haley provided such quality care for our infant and toddler! We expected her approach to reflect a background in child development but were pleasantly surprised with her healthcare knowledge. My youngest needed high support for the first six months of her life and we are so lucky Haley was there to meet them. Our parenting styles aligned well and she brought much needed creativity and consistency into our girls' routine. Thank you Ms. Haley!"

"Lives up to her resume and reputation as an experienced and educated nanny. When we first met Haley I was in desperate need of someone to help me figure out scheduling and care for three different aged children. She was willing to research and structure activities tailored to our needs. We employed her as a nanny, but Haley doubled as a tutor for my kids. My youngest 12m learned how to sign sentences and my oldest 7y learned French from her. I think we all cried on her last day! We are grateful for her willingness to come into our family, provide excellent care, and continue as a mentor to our children."

The most important part about being a nanny...
Nannies have a significant influence on a child’s physical, intellectual, and emotional development. For me, the most important part of being a nanny is striving to ensure that I always provide the kiddo under my care the best possible foundation for their future. I believe that the best childcare approach
requires compassion, consistency, and personalization.
requires compassion, consistency, and personalization.
My experience with special needs children...
Growing up with many neurodivergent and disabled family members, I developed a huge passion for the special needs population! I began tutoring special needs kids soon after assuming my first role as an after-school teacher, and have not stopped since. Outside of programs, I have also privately provided care for special needs individuals of all ages. Accessibility matters, and individuals of all ages and ability statuses deserve informed, personalized, and enthusiastic support.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite childcare moment actually came from my first after-school job. I was the group leader for rising kindergarteners, and had a student (later diagnosed ND) that had not been able to find his rhythm for a while. We worked on his reading, writing, and social skills most of the summer. About halfway through the program, he looked up at me and said, “Ms. Haley, I feel okay when I’m with you.” It may not seem like much, but that sweet kiddo will always have a place in my heart. I hope that, at the end of the day, I can leave each child entrusted to me feeling a bit more “okay.”
