A little bit about me

My name is Hanifa Elmy, and I am a passionate and experienced childcare professional based in Bristow, Gainesville area of Northern Virginia.
With more than 10+ years of experience working with children ranging from infants all the way to 12 year olds, I have built a strong foundation in child development, age-appropriate care, and creating safe, nurturing environments where kids feel happy and supported.

Much of my experience comes from working closely with children in multiple elementary schools across Gainesville and Bristow, where I developed a genuine love for supporting children at every stage of their early development from caring for little ones as infants to engaging and guiding school-age kids.

I am dependable, warm, and truly passionate about making a positive difference in every child's day. I would love to bring that same dedication and care to your family!

I am highly flexible with scheduling and am available for both part time-full-time, and overnight positions .
