Having the understanding that each child is their own individual, they all have individual unique ways of desiring care. Trust is number one, getting to know what works and what doesn’t, understanding each child’s individual needs, with understanding comes trust. Positive reinforcement is a strategy i implement. Building self confidence is so important to a child’s overall needs.
