Building trust and fostering respect between parents and myself is my top priority. Whenever I meet with parents to care for their child, I always take the time to ask for their preferences and boundaries. I inquire about what they’re comfortable with, whether I can drive their kids, and the types of food they prefer (or wish to avoid). My goal is to ensure that parents feel completely at ease with me, knowing that their child is in the best possible hands. This commitment to open communication helps create a safe and nurturing environment for their little one.
