Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love doing movie nights with kiddos! Popcorn, and assorted snacks like crudités and other yummy healthy treats. I also like doing smores for kiddos before, during, or after movie night! Puzzles, board games, walks. I’m not big into excessive screen time (even though times are changing I’m set in my ways) so I try my best to do things outdoors or that are stimulating for the children. I have a culinary background so I really enjoy getting the kiddos in the kitchen to do baked goods or just learning basics. Happy to bring my kitchen aid 😅. All of the kids I’ve ever nannied LOVE building forts with me. A lot of times I bring over arts and crafts as well. I really love doing that for the kids because at the end of it they have something to be proud of.

My favorite nanny moment with jaida had to be when she learned my name. She would not stop saying “Heidiiii”, it was so cute I was in tears of joy. With the kids from bachelors gulch I really enjoyed our movie night at Edwards river walk theatre. They didn’t know what the kiddie combos were and they were in absolute awe. They’re from the UK so they had never been to a Walmart before either. That was hilarious. They had never seen a store so big with anything you wanted in it!
