Hello! I am 37 years old, recently married in January. 2nd time around. My husband has 2 children of his own, I, myself cannot have any. We've been together 5 years this past September when we first started dating.
My background in watching children started when I was in middle school. I was asked by a young couple that my family was attending the church they went to, to watch their children. Once I received my license they offered for me to have more responsibilities. At that time I was bathing the kids, reading books to them, playing with them outside, helping with homework, to helping to get dinner started. I would do errands during the day, and watch the children later in the day.
I have had other families I have watched over the years but this family was the one I did long-term and was close to home for me at that time.
