I’ve taught math from kindergarten to high school, cared for infants, and have also hosted 4th to 6th grade student through a long-term home stay program. The most important part about being a nanny is ensuring the child’s safety while building a trusting and caring relationship. It’s essential to create a secure environment where the child feels loved, supported, and encouraged to grow and explore.

My experience with special needs children...

I have several years of experience teaching student with ADHD, ADD. I understand their characteristics and behavioral patterns well, and in some cases, I worked with them consistently for many years. Notably, I had the opportunity to live with one of them for six months, during which I helped them make significant progress. In addition, I have experience caring for children with learning disabilities, tic disorders, and autism too.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my most unforgettable experiences as a nanny was with a child who, at first didn’t like me at all. They avoided me, hid from me, even hate me no reason. It seemed like they would never come near. But little by little, through play and gentle connection, that child been to open-up-and eventually became the one who loved me the most. They would sit by the window waiting for me to arrive, and when I rang the door bell, they would run out to great me with big hug.
