A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Hope I’m 24 years old and I’m currently a student working towards my associates in Radiology. I’ve been babysitting for about 5 years now and I’ve had a lot of experience of children of all ages so I’m comfortable with pretty much anything. I’m the oldest of four kids so you could say I’ve been babysitting my whole life. I’m CPR and first aid certified through the National CPR foundation. I worked for a local professional babysitting company for about two years but decided to take a break and try and find babysitting jobs on my own.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was also a full-time nanny to twins aged 2 and an 8 year old for over a year. I was responsible for getting the kids up and ready for school, feeding the little ones meals and putting them down for naps. Also was responsible for keeping the house tidy. I really enjoyed taking the twins fun places during the day like the park, aquarium or the beach. I was able to help with potty training and teaching some basic sign language to the twins.

My experience with special needs children...

I was a nanny for 5-year-old twin boys on the Autism spectrum for over a year. I was responsible for taking them to appointments and various classes during the week as well as meal times and nap times. We also went on weekly outings to places such as the aquarium.
