My experience with special needs children...
I have not much experience with other special needs children however, my brother is autistic and had dealt with speech and learning delay. I am not sure where on the spectrum but I have experience with his social skill level and his speech.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my most sweetest times is when I receive thank you cards almost every week by this sweet young girl I watch on the weekdays. She does it all by herself! It is super sweet and makes my day.
