I've worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing one-on-one support to children with autism and other developmental needs. l've also worked as a Direct Support Professional in residential and educational settings, helping children with daily living skills, emotional regulation, and behavior support. In addition, l've volunteered at community programs and supported families through nannying, where I provided full-time care and early childhood learning activities.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love doing a variety of fun and educational activities with children! Indoors, I enjoy reading books, arts and crafts, music time, sensory play, and building with blocks or puzzles. Outdoors, I like going for walks, playing at the park, doing nature scavenger hunts, water play, or sidewalk chalk art. I always try to match the activity to each child's interests and developmental level while making sure they're engaged, safe, and having fun.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny is building a safe, loving, and trusting relationship with the children and their family. I believe in being a positive role model, providing consistency, and creating an environment where kids feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow into their best selves. Knowing I'm part of a child's early memories and development is a beautiful responsibility I don't take lightly.

I have experience working with children with autism, ADHD, speech and developmental delays, and behavioral challenges. Through my work as a Registered Behavior Technician and Direct Support Professional, l've supported children with varying needs using patience, structure, and individualized care. I'm passionate about helping each child feel seen, supported, and empowered.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was when me and a little boy I cared for was having a conversation and we were talking and Nanny Mcphee and he was like “that is who you are to us…. you are everything we needed”. It caught me off guard. It melted my heart and reminded me why I love this work so much. Moments like that remind me that even the smallest acts of care leave lasting impressions on a child's heart.
