My name is Iris. My experience with child care began with some nights and weekend sitting. I have cared for children with needs, twins, and up to three children at once. I love to actively teach children and do my best to keep them engaged. Music, art, history, and sports as well as everyday things. I think it is important for children to be able to feel free to communicate what their thoughts and feelings to adults around them. This way, they can be helped in the best way possible. Having been a shy child myself, I see the importance of teaching children to value themselves, learn confidence balanced with the ability to be humble and loving towards others.
