Hello, my name is Iris, and I am 25 years old. I am a college graduate currently in graduate school, working towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician, where I have the privilege of working with children who have autism. Over the past three years, I have gained extensive experience working with kids of all ages through various paid positions. In 2021, I served as a director for an afterschool program, a role I loved, but I discovered my true passion as an RBT.

Additionally, I have experience caring for my sister's baby, who is now one year old, and have looked after children of all ages. I am known for being sweet, understanding, charismatic, honest, and reliable.
