The most important part about being a nanny to me is building trust and creating a safe, consistent environment where children feel secure and supported. I believe children thrive when they feel seen, heard, and understood. Beyond daily care, I value being a positive role model, encouraging independence, emotional growth, and curiosity while maintaining structure and clear boundaries.

One of my favorite moments was when a child who had struggled with separation anxiety began running into the classroom excited to see me. After weeks of building trust and routine, hearing them say, “I’m not scared anymore!” reminded me how important patience and consistency are. Moments like that make caring for children so rewarding.
