Hi! I’m Isa 😊 I love working with kids and creating a fun, safe, and caring space where they feel happy and supported.

I have experience working with children in childcare settings, so I’m comfortable with routines, playtime, meals, and helping them feel calm and secure, especially during transitions. I’m very patient, responsible, and attentive, and I always try to connect with each child in a positive and loving way.

I speak English and Spanish, and I enjoy incorporating learning through play, creativity, and simple activities. Also, I am currently pursuing my bachelor’ Degree in Early Childhood Education.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have a lot of experience working with children in different settings, including childcare centers. I also worked as a teacher in my country for about 2 years, and I have been working in Early Learning programs for the last 4 years. I also volunteer for Encompass, which is a non profit organization that partner with families to support their children.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love outdoor activities like going for a walk, spend time at the park, zoo and explore places. I also enjoy art and craft activities.

I do have experience working with special needs children as an Early Learning Centers, and also as a volunteer for Encompass which has different programs to support children with special needs

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was when a child I was caring for was having a hard time during a transition and would cry a lot at first. Over time, with patience and consistency, he started to feel safe and would come to me for comfort. The moment he hugged me on his own and felt calm in my arms was really special to me. It reminded me how important trust and emotional support are for children.

I also love to have the opportunity to express my creativity and imagination, and the fact that being surrounded by children let me experience my inner child as well. I would say that the most significant thing to me is the love I receive back from children in my care.
