Hello, my name is Jacael!

I am a graduate of Bridgewater College. I graduated with a BS in Family Consumer Sciences. I am CPR and First Aid Certified for infants and children.

I have over eight years of experience working as a babysitter, nanny, postpartum doula, and lead toddler teacher in a one-year-old classroom. My experience includes working with children of all ages, from infants to adolescents. I am a very reliable, patient, calm, and caring person who enjoys working with children.

My undergrad coursework focused primarily on child development. I understand the cognitive, socioemotional, and physical developmental milestones of early child development.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have been working as a nanny and postpartum doula for over the last two years. I am currently working as a lead toddler teacher in an early learning center.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy time spent outside, taking walks running around, looking at the sky. Doing arts and crafts and creating sensory bins. Preparing meals that the kids can help with such as making pizza. There is so many fun stuff to do when you are nanny and/or a babysitter!

The most important part about being a nanny...

During my time being a nanny I really love the one-on-one time with the children, I love that this allows time for creating great bonds with the children I nanny.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment is arriving to work and watching the kids faces light up because I have arrived. Picking the children, I nanny from school and seeing her run down the hallway yelling my name because she is excited to see me. I love that my kids love me as their nanny. It is fantastic!
