Even at the young age of ten, I was helping my mom with her work, I would watch and play with the kids while she prepped their meals. I learned a lot by being with her and she also gave me some advice on how to take care of infants (i.e. they should be sitting during feeding time so that they are less likely to throw up.) But the new dad and I got to learn a lot about babies together.
